Sometimes you go into a new market unprepared, and you make a mistake related to something you hadn’t thought of, or because you weren’t properly prepared. Things like bad lawyers, agents or property managers can quickly cost many multiples of my services. Not to mention the headaches from getting into a bad investment.

I can recommend trustworthy agents, lawyers and property managers all over the country. Also I can tell you if an investment is too good to be true, or likely fall short of projections. There are a few “investments” in the country being marketed I know to be scams. Wouldn't you like to know beforehand?
