"Hey I just wanted to say that we are so appreciative of what Joel did for us in the hunt for a building. We are establishing a non-profit in Nicaragua called Ride Nature. It''s an action sports outreach centre that will be reaching the community through action sports such as surfing and skating. And really just pouring into the community with the gospel with positive hope.

Joel took that vision, he took that goal of ours to find the right building and he ran with it. He made it personal to him and I really felt from day one that I was able to trust him, to rely on him. As we are in Florida and transitioning down I really need somebody with skills and the experience to do the right thing on our behalf and find the right building. And he did just that.

And now we are closed on a building that is perfect. It's right what we are looking for. Right in the heart of San Juan Del Sur. And we are extremely excited. We are excited to move forward. I know that my relationship with Joel will continue on and we will continue to be friends and partners in operation there in San Juan.

And we will really just use each other as a friendship. I want to recommend him really to anybody. If you're looking for a broker in the area. He is a wealth of knowledge.
